PAYMENT

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For customers who do not carry the listed cards, please use Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or Shopify Payment.

What currency does your site use?

All prices shown are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). You will be charged in CAD, if you are paying with a foreign currency, the conversion will be handled by your financial institution.

Are there discounts for large orders?

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How do I return my product? Can I ask for a refund?

As Sunwins Health products are deemed medical equipment of a very personal nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at info@sunwinshealth.ca with details of the product(s) and its defect(s). We will notify you via e-mail whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement as a result of the defect.

Please do not mail products back to us unless advised to do so by a representative of ours.

Can I cancel my order?

Pick-up orders: Orders may be canceled at any time with but a 20% restock fee may be charged if the order has already been processed for pick-up. If you have placed an order for pick-up, we will hold your items at 110-8855 Laurel St. Vancouver BC, for up to 3 days from pick-up date. If the order is not collected within these days, the order will be automatically canceled, a refund will be issued and a 20% restock fee will be applied. 

Shipped orders: Orders may only be canceled prior to shipping and will be subject to a 20% restock fee. Orders may not be cancelled if it has already been processed for shipment.
